    does anyone know how i can make a bin file out of a cd using CDRWIN?

    I don't have CDRWIN in front of me at the moment, but one of the options in the "panel" when you load it is to "extract sectors" or something like that. Click on that.

    This loads up a windows with a whole set of options where you can extract just tracks, the whole disc, or particular sectors. You want to extract the whole disc.

    Set the output filename and click "Run" or "Go" or something like that...
