How do you write a raw autorun.inf file or a program that wi

I've created bin, cue files and have tried to burn them to VCD using all the methods listed in the VCDHELP site. I know that my stand alone DVD player works with VCD's cause I've burned a few in the past but don't remember the formula used. I need to write an autorun.inf file so that the VCD will play. Can anyone guide me to a program that I can just drag and drop the bin, cue file to automatically create the .inf file or teach me how to write it raw. Thanks for your help!
