Alien Legacy DVD-R wont play

Im using dvd decrypter on file mode and processing the files through Instant copy.

Each of the films comes up (when copied and inserted into a multireional player) Incorrect region? The orignals work fine?

Any ideas?

Tried IfoEdit and it didnt work, wont even play on my DVDROM drive which is multi regioned

I have just re-ripped them to the HDD and used Elecard MGEG2 Player to play the Video_ts.IFO, comes up the same, not for this region? Maybe a ripping problem, should I try it in ISO mode, but I can compress them in this mode after can i?

I have the Region 1 set Has ANYONE backed up these discs. Even if rip them and play VIDEO_TS before encoding, it still comes up with the error, ive tried to infoedit region free at this stage and still wont work.

I have even removed RCE protection, and set to region 2 (my region) and it still wont work!

Maybe the region coding is referenced in more than one of the IFO / VOB chains.

I found the R1 version of The Transporter has TWO region coding checks, and I missed one of them because I use all region hardware.

You can load each into say IFOedit, remove the region coding and then just resave that edited file, then put it onto a blank as usual.

I have put each and every ifo into IFOedit and even dvddecrytper and still it wont work.

UPDATE: I have tried Decrypter again, doing a full rip. I then used DVD2one on "movie-only". Burned the resulting disc and..... IT WORKED!!

Worked on single region players or multiregion players fine. So why wont it work with a full rip?
