Try Camtasia Studio. There is another program that works too, but I can't remember the name. I have it on my computer at home and if I remember to, I will post the name of it.

Here is a link to Camtasia Studio:

If you have 2 computers this is easy if one of 'em has a video out..
Just jack the VIDEO OUT FROM YOU GRAPHICS CARD into you capture card, making sure to run a cable from the output of your sound card to the other sound card..

If not and you have 1 gig or more under the hood, you can capture directly using
    HYPERCAM
    or
    Snagit
please enter to google to find TRIAL DOWNLOADS

    Now a free product
Consider FRAPS.. It only captures the VIDEO however

so you would need ALLSOUND RECORDER
or TOTAL RECORDER ..both will caputre whatever is playing on your computer while it plays down in realtime..these aren't free and if you go this rout, you'll hav'ta capture VIDEO & AUDIO seperate and re-sync
