Is there a software that i can Capture my Desktop Actions?

Hi all!

I need to create an AVI or any video file type (that i can use to burn a DVD-R) and play in a standalone DVD with all the actions i make in my desktop area. I will play a game and need to save that in in a file to create the DVD. I already try CAMSTUDIO 2.0 but after i try all the settings i still loose frames and also picture quality.

Is there any other software that i can use?

My system is:
P4 2.4 GHZ
512 RAM Memory
Win XP SP2

I am trying to run GALAGA game in the MAME Emulator
Any idea?

For games try fraps or D3DGear...might not work game emulators though.

Hi Baldrick!

You are right I tried all progs listed in the tools section but none worked. When using MAME emulator i still have drop frames problems. I also tried to use ATARI Emulator but the result was worst. Did not capture

I will be forced to attach my DVD Recorder in my PC to do it
