Hi,
I recently installed Nero on my system and it worked fine, until I installed something called ASPI2000.exe on my system, I ran a batch file and it supposedly updated my ASPI layer, in order that I could use a Sega CD emulator. Now, all Nero does when I double click it is say "Nero.exe will close now, blah blah blah, error log, blah blah" I could really care less about this emulator, I just want Nero to work againCan anyone give me a suggestion as to what to do to possibly get it working again? I tried reinstalling it and such, and like a doofus I didn't backup my registry before installing that other ASPI thing, but to no avail. Thanks for any help you can give.... btw my writer is a Sony DVD-RW DRU-510 1.0c and I'm running Win2k.

You could open the Batch file and see what it did and try and undo-it. I would have thought that Reinstalling would have restored the ASPI.
