An Promise TX2 IDE card has 2 ports which allows 2 devices each on each IDE. The first port your drive has to be set primary but on the 2nd IDE Port [3rd and 4th devices] does your drive or CD ROm or DVD does it have to be Primary as well or secondary ? What about the 4th drive if you have.. also secondary ? Can I also mix DVDR with Hard drive on the PCi Card ?
