Hello all,
I'm trying to use DVD2SVCD 1.13b2 with CCE Lite 2.62.01.01 and
cannot get it to work. All works fine with TMPGEnc as the encoder,
but when I use CCE 2.62 with SafeMode (Frameserving) on, the
DVD2SVCD log says the following when it's time to encode video:
--------------------------------------------------------
- 5/27/2003 11:15:35 PM
- Free on drive C: 13828.93 mb
- Video Encoding using Cinema Craft
--------------------------------------------------------
Read beyond end of file The operation completed successfully
After this, DVD2SVCD does nothing. I have tried frameserving to
CCE with both VFAPIConv-Env.exe and Link2.exe (in DVD2SVCD's
Encoder tab settings) and see the same problem.
is there any way to fix this so I can use CCE 2.62 to backup my
DVDs? I am interested in using CCE for 3-Pass VBR and I also
want to take advantage of CCE's speed.
Thanks,
vcddude

I have a very similar problem to thie one above.
After VFAPIConv-Env.exe has done it's job, CCE opens up but brings up an error message. (I can't remember the msg now sorry), TMPGEnc works fine however.
I've checked some guides on this site and my settings all appear to be correct. Should I be using CCE 2.5 instead of 2.6 ? It's just that most guides refer to 2.5 more than 2.6.
Any help would be much appriciated.
