I`m using an ATI AIW 128 Pro AGP to output to a crappy 14" TV ( just testing the output quality ). When I play back DivX or VCD movies via this method, the picture bleeds and is blocky in places ( especially noticeable on opening credits ). The files play fine on a PC monitor.
Is this normal ? Or is this another one of ATI`s cockups ?
