Nvidia FX 5200 VIVO vs. Radeon 9200 VIVO?
Which should one buy?
Which has a better quality capture?
Nvidia has direct X 9 support while radeon has only 8.1 support.
So perhaps gamers would go for FX but is radeon better for capture and TV out?
Any calls?

ATI has always had a good reputation when it comes to TV out or capture quality IMO.

AIW awesome capture (tuner), yes. VIVO quality differences I know of none.
5200 is a better 3d performer.
