Is there anything faster than TMPGEnc for converting to DVD MPEG? It look over 7 hours to convert a feature length film from AVI - surely there must be a quicker utility than this?

sure... Main Concept converts video at about 2x the length (ie 2 hours for every hour converted).
then again, on my system, the stuff I encode with Main Concept looks like garbage, so I stick with TMPG (about 4 hours for every hour of material).- housepig
