Large file support & RIFF header conversion have been added.

Large File Support: now files larger than 2GB can be processed.

RIFF Header files to true mpgs: if a file is encountered which has a RIFF header (just been copied from a VCD/SVCD instead of being ripped) it will be converted to a true mpeg.

A bug with the auto update has been fixed and so more people should be able to use this feature.
