firmware burning cd using nero

I couldn't find in any website and like to know how to burn the firmware using nero. I have version 9.28 firmware. I like to update my dvd player so it could play svcd. Could anyone tell me step by step how to burn the two files using Nero. Thankyou very much and you guys are my only hope because no one could figure it out.


My dvd player model is philips 825.

you just pick CDROM(ISO)-no multisession.
put it on a cd-rw,so you dont waste a disc.
but this player is over 3 years old..and doesnt play svcd or dvd-r(+R),very well.
my friend's seems intermittent at best,as its very picky about what brand it uses(or maybe its the programme that burns it).
but he just put it a box,and sold it..and bought a cheap player-one that plays everything that he throws at it
.theres far better players out there for the money nowadays.

my friend just put the file(s),on a cd-rw,and picked no multisession.
