I have a question about virtualdub frame rate setting. Do you input the frame rate in frames per second or in seconds per frame?
Example:
NTSC is 29.95fps but virtualdub shows the frame rate in milliseconds. Does this mean that you would convert 29.95fps to 1/29.95 or 33.38ms? I would just like to know what the setting should be set to for NTSC.

Not sure where your looking. Individual frames can display their length ( in ms). VDUB should be in fps. with 60/30/29.97/25/23.96/20/15/12.5 being common button settings.
