    How can i convert Quicktime Application --> AVI format

    I want the process help

    i am using Macromedia flash to create the 2d animations and i want to use those animations into the video editing softwares such as premiere/vegas but this are not supported format from this softwares. Second i am using the method from which i am resaving the .mov file from quicktime itself but doing this i am loosing the quality of animation.
    Please help me to convert the quicktime application in to AVI format so it can be used in video editing.

    OR please help me to use flash animations to video editing softwares.
