Menu buttons not visible

Hi all together!

I'm using Instant Copy - tried to back up a movie, without any features, only kept main movie including all subtitles and speeches;
DVD worked well on my standalone player, menu played ok, but in the submenu "languages" I only saw the cursor but not which was selected, only after confirming the button it was visible.
(Did not compress menu, only movie to fit 1DVDr; same problem with DVD+/-R(W)...

Plz. need help
