    Burned vcd came out unclear and blurry!
    The sound came out excellent.
    Tried burning it again in minimum speed, didn't fix it!

    Any suggestions?

    was this on your PC or dvd player...or both??? you may wanna test on both if you haven't...and maybe a friend's DVD player and PC as well.

    so, you burned a standard, compliant VCD???

    you didn't change the resolution from standard by any chance?
