  1. I've been able to get svcd's to play on my Panasonic RV32 DVD Player by using the VCD header trick. I've been putting music videos on cd. However some of the videos come out with a green line on top as well as being chippy/scrambled on the top and bottom. The middle is usually fine and the audio is perfect. I noticed while burning these vids with VCDEsay that the vids that do this are PAL and the others are NTSC. DOes anyone know if this DVD player is able to play PAL? Is there a way to play these videos clearly like the NTSC ones? Thanks.

  2. Well are your souce videos PAL and then you encode them to NTSC, or you trying to play a PAL encoded VCD on a NTSC dvd player. Or did you mix PAL and NTSC MPEGS on a single VCD disc?

What's the framerate and resolution of your MPEG files you're trying to burn.
