I wanted to find out where can I find a copy of DVD Shrink 1.3?

I don't know. I really recommend using the LATEST version of any piece of software, with some exceptions.

DVDShrink 2.3 is very easy too and always work too... it also have a LOT better output result and have no glitch like 1.03 had

I think Doom9.org still has link to version 1.03. Go to main DVD Shrink Guide at Doom9 and you should find link to older version.

I still keep my old copy of 1.03 around because you never know.

2.3 works the majority of the time but I think once when 2.3 did not work 1.03 did.

I however would not use any other 2.x than 2.3.
