I have Pinnacle Studio 8 and I captured some video, edited in and encoded it. I then burned it (twice) to a DVD+RW and it works perfectly on my Standalone Toshibal DVD player. I take the same exact image/project and burn it to a DVD+R and it won't play on the same standalone recorder? The media I am using has worked in the past on my player, so I know it isn't the media. What else could it be?
Thanks......!

Try playing that DVD+R that you burned on another player. It could be that your plaer is very fussy. I bet it will play on another player. Usually the cheep players are the most compatable.
Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........ -
No dice............I put it in my PS2 and it didn't even load up.

Burn with burning soft. (like Nero) and do not use PS8 for burning.
Pinnacle Studio 8 and DV home video editing (ver.9 already home)
