I get this error message everytime trying to load the d2v project file in WinSubMux 2.0.2 and the d2v is not shown in the background.

Access Violation at address 00CE6F98 in module 'MPEG2DEC.dll. Read of address 00000000.
is that a problem of 'MPEG2DEC.dll' file that is available at the same directory as WinSubMux application? can it be fixed?!

any suggestion on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
