HOW TO SET DEFAULT AUDIO STREAM?

Am ripping simpsons seasons 1 and 2 dvd boxsets from DVD-9 to DVD-R , managed to rip and compress using DVD2one however I choose the option to rip out the french and english 5.1 audio tracks as I dont have a5.1 system and stereo 2.1 is sufficent for me. Anyway when I play the DVD on my stand alone it starts with menus but with NO AUDIO. I guess its because its searching for the 5.1 audio track as a default. A press of the audio button on my DVD remote finds the 2 channel track and then sound resumes. My question is I cant be bothered to keep pressing the audio/language button everytime i watch one of these DVDs so how can I set the DVD rip to play the 2 channel english audio track instead of the 5.1 one by default?

By the way I am using DVD Decryptor to rip and DVD2ONE to transcode
