Nero 6 to be released today first signs updated

July 18th was set by Ahead as the release date of their popular Nero 6 software. The demo of the much anticipated software package that contains Nero Burning ROM 6, NeroVision Express 2 and many other applications usefull for CD and DVD mastering has not seen the internet for now. Earlier, beta copies of the software were leaked to warez sites and file sharing networks.

Ahead is showing a picture on their website that clearly states that today will be Nero 6 release day, but at the moment there is no sign of a download URL on the website of Ahead. Also the FTP sites of Nero.com and Ahead.de do not show any sign of Nero 6.

We expect that Ahead will await till also offices in the United States are ready and awake and will release the software within hours. Expectations are that the FTP servers will be slowed down by an enormous amount of Nero 6 downloaders

I'm looking forward to trying it too. I think it is already the 19th in Germany.

I've seen it on store shelves for a week so not sure what the delay is.
