I've been following the big 3 guide from doom9.org and I'm at the step where I have to Demultiplex I determined that I had to check the demux by VOB ID in Do it Fast 4 u because I have multiple angles. I tried it without that and got a placeholder symbol in Scenarist.

SO anyways once I demux with this setting checked and open reauthorist, reauthorist wont recognize the files in my working directory. Here is the log from reauthor:

Does anyone know how I can get Reauthorist to recognize my files when demuxing this way(which I have to do due to multiple angles)?
