    If the picture is the way you want it in Virtual Dub, then frameserve it to TMPGEnc. Click here.

  5. Use virtualdub to frame server it to your mpeg encoder
    Ejoc's CVD Page:
    DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy

    DVD:
    DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX

    Capture:
    VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author

  6. Ok...I did everything...but still..it didn't work..
    I followed the guide "STEP-BY-STEP"...and still...not workin'..

    I opened the File in VirtualDub..edited the file..then clicked on "start frame server"...Then i opened TMPGEnc. so i can start frame serving..but I recieved a message saying "Unsupported format"....I was following the guide though...
    I followed the exact steps again but this time i tried to frame serve to the program AVI2VCD...still..nothing happens..AVI2VCD stops when i do that.

    I'm really stuck..I know i'm bothering some of you all...but i really need your help coz i'm wasting my time on nothing..I mean, i tried to do the best but i still can't get any good results...

    please help

  7. Goto the tools section and look for VFAPI Reader, download it to your Tmpegen directory, use it to change the frameserve file to a dummy avi file and it should allow that dummy file to be used

    Also try doing a search for 'upside down' and VCD in the forums.. I've never had the problem before but I have seen other posts about it.. someone might have found an easier solution already..

    Lastly.. turn your TV set upside down? Problem solved!

    Also there's a sticky at the top of the newbie conversion forum https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=150504 see if that helps

    Did you load the auxillary setup program and click on "Install handler"?

    Did you then reboot?

    Regards.

  11. You should run Auxsetup of Vdub and "Install handler".
    After that you must open TMPGEnc, go to Options/Environment Setup and, at "VFAPI plugin" tab, change "AVI VFW compatibility reader"priority to 0.
    Now it must work.

  12. when you start frameserving it will ask for a filename to save as, try typing a.vdr

    then in tmpgenc open that file as you video source...

  13. OK..Now i know how to frame serve from Virtual Dub to TMPEGEnc....
    It's working great..the quality is the same...
    but when i check out the output video, it has no sound..everything works fine though..the video is not UPSIDE-DOWN...it's not even slow..it moves same as the original...but the only problem is that i have no sound in the output video...
    Do you guys know how can i fix that???
