  1. well, I've got an excellent .mov file, with excellent image, I convert it to mpg with TMPGenc and the image looks horrible! and the size (the original one is 1600x1200) is like 300x200
    the file size is 29mb, and after the conversion it goes to like 65kb! (the length is like 5 seconds, it's an ad)

    what happens?
    i want my mpg hiquality file! 8)

    what settings do you use in Tmpgenc.

    For highest quality, use DVD settings.

    What are you going to do with the final mpeg?

    that's your problem. what you are doing is shrinking the file and then stretching it out to full screen. it will not look as good at that resolution.

  4. nonono, what I meant is that the video screen size is 1600 x 1200, and when I convert it to mpg it turns into a bad 300 x 200 one

    anyway I got it solved..
