how to make one own logo and use it, any software??

Virtualdub with the Logo Removal plugin.

If the logo only appears momentarily (5 seconds or so when you start playing the avi) it is likely it is the Codec Settings. Goto to 'Decoder Configuration' in your Start Menu (Start > Programs > DivX > DivX Codec). Click on the 'Quality Settings Tab' and check the box next to 'Disable Logo' (this is for DivX 5.0.5).

If it is permanent for the whole avi try virtualdub as housepig suggests.
