    i cant seem to open wmv or asf files with the new tmpgenc plus. all i get is unsupported file. i changed directx environmental setting to "2" but still nothing ??

    codecs installed.

    divx 5.1.1
    indeo video 5.11
    indeo video R3.2
    microsoft mpeg4 video codec
    microsoft windows media 9 VCM
    Xvid mpgeg 4 video codec.

    that's all.

    Search Comp PM
    use Gspot or Avicodec to find out if you have codec for problem file.
    Always check helpfiles/instructions before leaping...
