hi

i just started ripping dvd's, im using a pioneer dvd-120, & using the software smart ripper v2.41, dvdx v2.2, & vcd easy.

After ripping with smart ripper, when i go to the encoding stage with dvdx, everytime i get up to 50% in the encoding stage, it comes up with the DeCSS error - invaild block found, drive may not be unlocked, plz run a dvd program such as WinDVD or PowerDVD Open the DVD, and retry. The DVD player dosen't need to run during the encoding process".

Now i dont know why but some dvd's work, & do not give me this error while others do. And always at 50% into the encoding stage too!

I always open/play the movie for a few minutes first before ripping, & i've spent ages trying to figure this out with no sucess, can someone plz help me!
