  2. Try the lastest version of Nero. http://www.nero.com
E-mail me and I will help you out
I am using Windows XP RC1 and I love it but so few things are out for it. NEro is the only software other than it's buit in burning software (which isn't so bad) that will work under Windows 2000 and XP. Also rember, XP has compatibility mode to let you run programs for 9x, and 2000 versions.

  3. so nero works for sure? damn ass easy cd creator won't worky, so i can't burn my cif file from iauthor. and i've had this damn svcd sitting on my comp forever. u sure about that, i ran win2kpro before xp, and fireburner as well as easycd worked fine for me... but in xp, nada. i converted the .cif to bin/cue but fireburner doesn't worky either. looks like nero is the final stand.

don't you find the compatibility mode to stink? it can mimic certain operations, but things like the aspi layer is all screwed up.

btw, i'd definitely recommend getting the "corporate" version that was released awhile back. the rc1 version had so much debug code in it, it took forever for me to open start -> programs.

    thx for the input.
