  3. What do you want. Do you want an mpeg2 decoder that allows TMPGEnc to open mpeg2 files. Or do tou want TMPGEnc mpeg2 encoder that expires after 30 days.

    If it is the first option install powerDVD the trial version will do. This will install an mpeg2 decoder that TMPGEnc can use to open mpeg2 files. You can uninstall it after if you wish and the decoder will remain.

    If it is the second option then buy the full version of TMPGEnc.
