  1. Captured AVI (DV)
    Saved the WAV with VertualDub
Ran the wav through BeSweet to AC3
Plugged in the correct time in Bit rate Calc

*** here's the thing the audio rate is set to 224*** I guessed.

Ran the AVI through CCE 2.5 (AVI synth)

Left with MPV & AC3 about 77,000 over the mark for DVD.

I guess the rate for AC3 in BeSweet conversion is higher than 224.

When I used to capture to MPEG2. I was left with MPV & M2P. Using Bitrate calc then seemed just fine.

Yes, I can just pad my time that I set in Bitrate Calc but, I'd like to know if I'm doing something wrong.

How about a proram to check the sound bit rate.

Right now using Tmpgnec to convert the wav to M2P... will see if I'm still over.
Don't give in to DVD2ONE, that leads to the dark side.

  2. The mp2 file put's me where I want to be...

Has to be the WAV to AC3 conversion.

So what is the bitrate for the audio in Bit rate calc fo AC3?

I guess I could use the MP2 file, not realy dvd format, so ulead factory tells me.
