    Have some AVI files and want to dump them to VHS tape.
    I have a ATI Wonder card and have captured Video from the
    the tape to make VCD's. Is this possible?

    Easy, if your TV card has an output, then simply connect up your VCR. If not, then simply convert to S/VCD and connect your stand-alone DVD player to your VCR...
