Changing horizontal size from 480 to 352

Could someone please tell me the program svcd2dvdmgd uses to change the horizontal size of a (s)vcd from 480 to 352. My pc dosnt seem to like svcd2dvdmpg (i need to format it again) but the program it uses to change the horizontal size always seems to work quite well.

I usually use dvdpatcher but this leaves leaves distortion down the side of the screen.

Also i suppose i would need to know the whole command needed to work the program since it works from a dos prompt?

Err - the patcher is built into the program and if you patch the entire file you'll notice progrss bars etc not dos prompts...

yeah its ok my problem was, i wasnt changing it back too 480 after i had authord it
