  1. I have lots of music videos on my computer. I also have a 7" touchscreen in my car. What is the best program to use that will allow me to convert the movie file to that 7" size, so I can fit more music videos on a cd?

Ahem, you watch music videos while driving? Shouldn't you be in jail?

Maybe he has a chauffeur? That unit appears to play standard DVDs. You should be able to just use a good brand of DVD media and it should work fine. You could make a compilation of music videos and author and burn to one DVD. Some authoring guides: https://www.videohelp.com/author

Or try FAVC or maybe ConvertXToDVD. I don't know how either works with many files, but you can give them a try. Use Full D1. Or try 1/2 D1 if you want to get more on the DVD. That should work fine for a small screen.

For the DVD format and specification look to 'WHAT IS' DVD to the upper left on this page. Or does that unit play just MPEGs by themselves? Then all you need to do is convert them to MPEG format, no authoring.

Looks like the screen size is 7 inch/16:9
    Pixels QVGA (480x234x3)

I hope so, my little community has had three recent incidents that have killed 7. Very sad stories caused by changing DVD discs or scanning for tunes.
