  1. Hi to all.
    I have crated a SVCD and played on my pc.. it seems ok but when i burn it and play on my standalone player the image is not fluid and actor look like robot .

    If you describe your source material and method for creating this SVCD in somewhat greater detail, then maybe someone may be able to figure it out...

    I have converted a divx NTSC using TMPGEnc CBR at 2000 leaving it NTSC. The Mpg on the pc is pretty good but as i burn on cd and play on my DVDplayer,the film goes down in quality and the actor looks like robot with no fluid movement.

    Beats me. Field order maybe? How do you author? Try VCDEasy, to eliminate possible reencoding by some overambitious authoring app like Nero...

    Not necessarily. Depending on what you use on your computer to watch the (S)VCD/mpeg, the application may be (is, most likely) much more tolerant than your stand alone player. So it may very well play on your PC, while being completely uncomprehensible to your DVD player.
