How could I resample audio to look just about in sync with the video..if I have let's say a great quality audio from a separate source to a concert performance from a different source that has quite bad audio. Adding or removing a few seconds won't make them sync...requires some resampling..is there a program for this...that could do it...I know Vdub does something like that on the fly if you choose dynamic resampling when you capture..but this is to a ready mpg file.

You`ll need to stretch / compress the audio in a software program - there is a tutorial for this somewhere on the site . If your tape stretched whilst capping you`ll have to manipulate various bits of the sample individually .
