Obviously we all know the old maxim, garbage in, garbage out... but when resizing and fiddling about during the MPG -> AVI conversion, is there anything besides the Bilinear/Bicubic filters that will help clean up video? I've only messed around with the VirtualDUB filters (blur, sharpen, levels, etc...) and the end result is usually worse. Anything Vdub or 3rd party that can help?
