    I'm trying to convert a widescreen avi movie (640*352 res, [16:9], 23.976 fps, Divx 3)to vcd and keep the aspect ratio using tmpgenc, but when I convert a small part of the movie the picture is changed to fullscreen and the picture is messed up. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?

    Click on settings, then click on the advanced tab. There is a dropdown box for video arrange method, select full screen (keep aspect ratio)
