  1. First off I have tried to do this (divx to svcd) with tmpgenc/virtual dub and I had way too many problems with audio synching . Now, I have tried to do this with Ulead Moviefactory 2 and it will convert the video all the up to 99% and an error message will pop up saying could not convert(or something along those lines) can somebody please help me with this. Should I be extracting the audio first and then putting them(video+audio) back together? This has become really annoying. PLEASE!!!! Someone help me PLEASE!!!

  3. Need more information. What's the framerate of your source, what's the audio source (many DivX files contain mp3 or even ac3 audio), what template/settings did you use in TMPGenc/Ulead, etc. etc.

  4. yea, try extracting the audio and decompressing it to 41,000 khz PCM. also make sure your frame rate is right, find out what the frame rate of your video is, then make sure your settings for frame rate are ok.

And scan and remove any bad frames with Vdub first!
