(S)VCD TO DVD COPYING PROBLEM USING SVCD2DVDMPG - HELP!!!!!

Hi all,

We are trying to convert (S)VCD's to DVD using SVCD2DVDMPG but cant get the program to work. It says we need a .NET Framework but have no idea what it is.

If this is not the best program to use any ideas what are? We currently have DVD Decryptorand Instant Copy.
