    Ok,

    I just realize that when I use my scroll mouse and go up and down, the CPU usage jumps to 60%.

    Does this happen to you? Check my PC specs, they are pretty good I think.

    My CPU usage goes up to 30% when I use the scrolling feature but it doesn't go any higher than that. Check my specs if you want.
