    Hello all.
I'm trying to convert .avi files to DVD compliant Mpeg2.
I have managed to do this perfectly OK using TMPG and burning to DVD, this method works fine on my stand alone but not on my friends'.
So I then tried to produce an m2v and d2v in order to import them into DVDMaestro and create VOBs'. This seemed to work OK but when I play the burned DVD the initial part of the film has no audio.

I am not putting in any subs or chapters, I just want the film.

    Any thoughts?

    Thx

  2. Covert your audio to .wav or .ac3 and you have your audio in DVDMaestro, make sure both files have the exact same name!!!

    Example :

    LOTR.m2v LOTR.ac3 or LOTR.wav

U can do this very easy with BeSweet/BeSweet GUI, U find them on this site under TOOLS.

    Have Fun

Nope, still the same problem. Can anyone recommend a different method of creating VOB's from my audio and video files?.

    Cheers
