SVCD Subs in Wrong Location

With MaestroSBT, I create subs for an SVCD, using the 480x480 SVCD sizing, from an SSA file. Under the Maestro preview, the subs look well centered. I then multiplex them with WinSubMux. When I play them in my player, as well as when I look at them in the WinSubMux preview screen, they are off to the left side of the screen, some of them even cut off.

How would I go about fixing this?

For selectable subtitles you should set the size to 720x480 (DVD resolution) or 704x480 instead.
