I've created a simple VCD menu program for Windows that outputs a JPG that can be converted to an MPEG still with VCDEasy. The JPG can contain a title, subtitle, and footnote with up to 9 menu captions and thumbnails. The thumbs are created with the built-in MPEG movie frame grabber or from image files. You can choose a color and the font but everything else is scaled and centered for you automatically.
Anyway, this will be released as freeware but I'd like several beta testers to take a look at it before going public. If interested, please drop me a note at kbriggs@briggsoft.com and I'll send you the download link.
