  1. I've just got a video and it says I need the xvid codec. I downloaded the SLD Codec Pack which had a few codecs included (including xvid) but when I opened Virtual Dub it told me that I had hacked codecs installed which could cause problems. Where can I get a legitimate codec and how do i install it? Thanks!

  3. You may want to use K-lite codecs pack. Its has a lot of codecs including XviD. And they are al legal so no hacks or non-functioning codecs. You may want to get the Full version. Greetz
