  1. Has anyone experienced this too? My dvdrips work fine but the TS svcds come out messed up as in frames are split and they move. Anyone know the problem to this? Just a month ago anything I burned would work fine.

  2. Could it be because you burnt/watched NTSC SVCDs and now you're watching/burning PAL?

Yes, if you're playing it on the computer, there should be a "show information" option within your player (powerDVD winDVD etc) that will show you the resolution and/or framerate. That would be your biggest giveaway.

Or, you could drag and drop the MPEG file over MPEGprop and that would give you all the details.

You could try and convert PAL to NTSC (or vice versa) but it's not recommended, it'll be very jerky because of the extra frames/less frames
