Has anyone experienced this too? My dvdrips work fine but the TS svcds come out messed up as in frames are split and they move. Anyone know the problem to this? Just a month ago anything I burned would work fine.

Could it be because you burnt/watched NTSC SVCDs and now you're watching/burning PAL?

You could try and convert PAL to NTSC (or vice versa) but it's not recommended, it'll be very jerky because of the extra frames/less frames
