    One source commented Mpack is buggy and does a crap job when there is lots of motion going on in the video content.

    How does Mpack stack up against Cleaner 5 when it comes to mpeg1 encoding for VCDs?

    Well, it's horribly slow, but MPack is a lot easier to use, but no functionality. It's also what Toast4 cries for when you want to make a VCD. MPack seems obsolete.

    Cleaner is a lot slower and has a rather stupid user interface, but it also works better and has more functionality.
