    OK, I dropped more money on this ONE proggy than on ANY 3 before!


    I'm trying to compress a DV file to DVD MPEG2 BUT I want 352x480

    So far Vegas with the Main Concept encoder has preset templates for MPEG, but when I click the CUSTOM button to try and change the Frame Size and bitrate, nothing happens.

    Any Info?

    have you registered the mpeg2 encoder w/ sofo ?


    also -- 4.0c is out now ...

    also -- uninstall vegas , remove setup files for vegas (they are left on your system) , del now all vegas dir 's ,

    reinstall vegas and re-register

    all will work now ..
